**RUPSLB Elnusa 2024: A New Era for Company Management**
Jakarta – January 17, 2024 – PT Elnusa Tbk (ELNUSA, IDX: ELSA) made waves today with a groundbreaking decision at their Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (RUPSLB) held at Udaya Graha Elnusa. The main focus of the meeting was the approval of changes in the company’s management structure.
**The Big Shifts in Management**
During the RUPSLB, significant changes were decided upon, including alterations to the Board of Commissioners and Directors. These changes included the replacement of the main commissioner and one Independent Commissioner, as well as four Director positions.
Former Main Commissioner Agus Prabowo passed the baton to Nur Endro Buwono, while Independent Commissioner Hernawan Bekti Sasongko was succeeded by Denie S. Tampubolon. In terms of the Director lineup, John Hisar Simamora was replaced by Bachtiar Soeria Atmadja as the Chief Executive Officer, Charles Harianto Lumbantobing was succeeded by Endro Hartanto as the Operations Director, and Arief Prasetyo Handoyo took over the Business Development Director position. Furthermore, the Finance Director role transitioned from Bachtiar Soeria Atmadja to Stanley Iriawan.
