Razman Arif Nasution Suspects the Process of Moving Nikita Mirzani’s Child from the Police Hospital: Was She Sedated Before Being Taken Away?

Indonesian lawyer Razman Arif Nasution has raised suspicions regarding the transfer of LM, the child of actress Nikita Mirzani, from the Police Hospital in Kramat Jati, East Jakarta.

LM has undergone psychological counseling and has been returned to her family. However, Razman Arif Nasution questions the process of LM’s return to her family, especially since LM no longer wishes to be with Nikita Mirzani.

“Based on the information we received, she left the hospital on Friday night, three days ago, and it was at night. There are many suspicions. Was she sedated before being taken away, so she was unconscious, or what?” Razman said in Tendean, South Jakarta, on Monday (January 20, 2025).

According to Razman, LM will resist if she is returned to her family. However, he hopes that LM will be calmer once the process has been completed on January 17.

“Because she will surely resist, but if it’s for her own good, then that’s fine. It’s all good,” Razman added.

Razman intends to continue investigating the truth behind LM’s return from the Police Hospital. He is determined to prevent any external interference in handling Nikita Mirzani’s daughter’s situation.

“If something happens to LM tomorrow, if she is forced and does not agree, it will be risky. I will keep fighting for her freedom from any intervention,” Razman emphasized.

Furthermore, Razman highlights the coercion involved in returning LM to her family and expresses concerns about the lack of professionalism in handling this case. He mentions the possibility of involving the National Commission on Human Rights (Komnas HAM) and the Ombudsman to address the administrative shortcomings.

By staying vigilant and seeking the truth, Razman aims to ensure that LM’s best interests are protected and that she is not subjected to any form of coercion or mistreatment.
