**Pertamina Drilling Awards 2023: Recognizing Excellence in Performance**
Jakarta – In a show of appreciation for the outstanding performance of its officers throughout 2023, PT Pertamina Drilling Services Indonesia (Pertamina Drilling), a subsidiary of PT Pertamina Hulu Energi (PHE) under the Upstream Subholding of Pertamina, held the Pertamina Drilling Awards (PDA) 2023 at the Grand Sahid Jaya, Jakarta on Wednesday (03/01).
**Recognizing Excellence**
The event, which took place in a hybrid format, was attended by the board of directors, management, and all Pertamina Drilling officers. Usep Sutisna, Acting VP of HSSE & Quality at Pertamina Drilling, revealed that the PDA complements existing strategic initiatives.
“In addition to financial and system issues that fall under previous programs, the PDA emphasizes the improvement of Pertamina Drilling officers’ performance,” said Usep.
**Awards and Acknowledgements**
This event also served as a platform to honor Pertamina Drilling officers who made significant contributions to the company in the previous year. Five awards were presented during the ceremony:
1. **The Best Marketer Performance Award** was won by Rig 1500 HP – ExxonMobil, with Cooling System – PHR and Semi IPM – PHE OK, RT, JM taking 2nd and 3rd place respectively.
2. **The Best Rig Performance Award** was divided into three categories: Rig PDSI#19.1LTO350-M won the 250-450 category, Rig PDSI#20.2/EMSCOD2-M won the 500-750 category, and Rig PDSI#15.3/N 110 M won the 1000-2000 category.
3. **The Best Operation Performance Award** was claimed by the Supply Chain Management (SCM) Function at Pertamina Drilling, with Drilling Operation and Drilling Support functions taking 2nd and 3rd place respectively.
4. **The Best HSSE Performance Award** was split into Individual and Project categories. Agung Nugroho (SCM Function) won the Individual category, while Rig PDSI#05.2/OW760-M (Project SBS) emerged victorious in the Project category.
5. **The Best Employee Award** was secured by Budi Nugraha, with Anton Rustiawan and Dodik Wahyu Purnomo taking 2nd and 3rd place.
