Prior to the car falling into the sea, it is estimated that Hendrawan was driving at a speed of 35 km/hour.
Discovery of the Car and Subsequent Actions
Earlier, the North Jakarta Metro Police and Tanjung Priok Police found the car that Brigadier General (Ret.) TNI Hendrawan Ostevan was driving not far from where his body was discovered at the Marunda Dock in Cilincing, North Jakarta. The vehicle, a Toyota Vios with license plate number B 1606 LB, was located by a joint search team around 10 a.m.
