Semarang, March 14, 2025 – PT Pertamina (Persero) is strengthening synergy among all Subholdings and Subsidiaries to face dynamic industry challenges and meet the energy needs of the community.

Alfian Nasution, Director of Logistics & Infrastructure at PT Pertamina (Persero), emphasized the company’s commitment to maintaining national energy resilience, especially in dealing with the 2025 Ramadan and Eid al-Fitr Task Force (RAFI).

“We must ensure the smooth distribution of energy amidst various challenges. From the availability of fuel to gas, everything must be maintained so that people traveling for the annual exodus feel comfortable and safe,” explained Alfian during the 1446 H Ramadan Safari event held by Pertamina in Semarang on March 13, 2025.

The Ramadan Safari, themed “Harmony in Energy Weaving,” serves as a platform for building camaraderie, strengthening solidarity, and reinforcing Pertamina’s role in serving the community by providing reliable and sustainable energy.

During the event, Alfian rallied all Pertamina employees to stay motivated and focused on their tasks, despite facing significant challenges.

“Amidst the various dynamics, we must continue to work well, improve services, and build trust in Pertamina’s products,” he added.

As part of the Ramadan Safari program, Pertamina also organized a Board Greeting to address the information needs of Officers regarding the company’s future. The event was attended by the Finance Director of PT Pertamina (Persero), Emma Sri Martini, the President Director of PT Pertamina Gas Negara (PGN), Arief Setiawan Handoko, and the Finance Director of PGN, Fadjar Harianto Widodo.

Fadjar Djoko Santoso, Vice President of Corporate Communication at PT Pertamina (Persero), explained that during the Board Greeting, which brought together Millennial and Gen Z Officers from various Subholdings in the Semarang region, the directors provided strategic guidance, company updates, as well as inspiration and insights to all Pertamina employees.

“Through this forum, the company fosters more open and inclusive communication between management and Officers. Management also aims to ensure that each Officer understands their role and contribution to achieving the company’s strategic goals, especially in serving the community,” he expressed.

Furthermore, Fadjar noted that as a form of social responsibility, Pertamina also provided assistance to 12 foundations that support orphans and underprivileged communities.

“Pertamina directly provides aid to those in need as a gesture of gratitude and compassion towards others,” Fadjar concluded.
