The tragic workplace accident at RS PKU Muhammadiyah Blora, Central Java, on Saturday morning, February 8, 2025, claimed the lives of four project workers and injured nine others, leaving the families of the victims in deep sorrow.

Among them is the family of the late Sono, a worker who tragically passed away in the incident involving the falling of a project worker’s lift at RS PKU Muhammadiyah Blora. The profound sadness is keenly felt by Imania, the third child of the late Sono.

When the Regent of Blora, Arief Rohman, visited the mourning house, Imania shared a poignant detail. Before her father’s demise, she had a dream where her teeth were falling out. Little did she know that the dream was a premonition signaling her father’s permanent departure.

“My dream was about my teeth falling out, both upper and lower,” Imania said, holding back tears, as reported by TribunJateng.com on Sunday, February 9, 2025.

### Investigating the Cause of the Workplace Accident

To uncover the reasons behind the project worker’s lift falling at RS PKU Muhammadiyah Blora, the Forensic Laboratory Division (Labfor) team from the Central Java Regional Police dismantled the lift crane machine at the incident site on Monday, February 10, 2025.

Blora Police Chief, AKBP Wawan Andi Susanto, revealed that their investigation process received assistance from the Labfor team of the Central Java Regional Police.

“From the Blora Police Criminal Investigation Unit, backed by the Labfor team from the Central Java Regional Police, we are conducting further crime scene processing.”

“Today’s agenda is to dismantle the lift crane machine, and it will be taken to the Labfor of the Central Java Regional Police for further analysis,” Wawan said on Monday.

Wawan admitted that they have yet to draw definitive conclusions from the investigation findings.

“Since the equipment is still being analyzed by the Labfor team, we cannot conclusively determine who is at fault and who is responsible,” he explained.

At present, the construction project of the RS PKU Muhammadiyah Blora building, where the workplace accident occurred, has been temporarily halted.

“As of now, we have temporarily suspended our project to facilitate the investigation process,” Wawan stated.
