Razman Nasution Clarifies Role Regarding Lolly’s Legal Representation
In a recent statement to the media, lawyer Razman Nasution has denied claims that he is acting as the legal counsel for Nikita Mirzani’s daughter, Laura Meizani, also known as Lolly. Instead, Nasution emphasized that he is merely a representative for Lolly in various matters.
Distinction Between Legal Counsel and Representative
Nasution clarified his position, stating that he has not been given power of attorney by Lolly, but rather serves as her representative to authorities such as the Indonesian Child Protection Commission (KPAI), Ministry of Women’s Empowerment and Child Protection (Kemen PPA), and investigators.
He further explained that if required to hand over Lolly to the authorities, he has no objections. However, Nasution made it clear that in the event of any issues regarding Lolly, he does not wish to be held responsible or involved.
