PT Elnusa Tbk Receives Recognition for Best Corporate Transparency & Emission Reduction
Jakarta, May 30, 2024 – PT Elnusa Tbk (ELNUSA, IDX: ELSA), a subsidiary of Pertamina Hulu Energi under the Subholding Upstream Pertamina, has been awarded the Best Corporate Transparency & Emission Reduction in the Green & Silver category by Investortrust & Bumi Global Karbon Foundation on Wednesday (29/05) in Jakarta.
Commitment to Sustainability and Environmental Responsibility
VP HSSE Elnusa, Ramon Arias Pili, representing Elnusa during the award ceremony, expressed his gratitude, stating, “This award is a tangible proof of Elnusa’s hard work in prioritizing sustainability and environmental responsibility. Elnusa is constantly adaptive, setting new standards in corporate emission management.”
Ramon further added, “As an energy service company, Elnusa contributes annually to reducing carbon emissions. In 2023, Elnusa successfully reduced emissions by 1,597 tons of CO2 Eq, surpassing the target reduction of 550 tons of CO2 Eq. We believe that these emission reductions, transparency, and openness in emission calculations can strengthen stakeholder trust and benefit the wider audience.”
