Menparekraf Sandiaga Uno Leads Swearing-In Ceremony for New Tourism Ministry Secretary

In a significant move for the tourism and creative economy sector, Menteri Pariwisata dan Ekonomi Kreatif (Menparekraf) Sandiaga Salahuddin Uno recently presided over the swearing-in ceremony and appointment of a new Secretary at the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy. The event took place at the prestigious Sapta Pesona Building in Central Jakarta on Monday, October 14, 2024.

During the ceremony held in the 16th-floor meeting room, Menparekraf Sandiaga addressed the attendees, highlighting the crucial role of the new Acting Secretary, Dessy Ruhati. “I want to convey that the Acting Secretary will be filled by Mrs. Desi Ruhati to manage the transitional period until the new minister is appointed. Whoever is appointed as the Acting Secretary will surely have the support of everyone here. I hope everyone will lend their support,” stated Menparekraf Sandiaga.
