In a recent development, Brigadir Jenderal TNI Handoko Nurseta, S.H., M.Tr. Han, a high-ranking officer in the Indonesian National Army from the Army branch, has been appointed by the Panglima TNI, Jenderal Agus Subiyanto, to the position of Director of Assessment and Development at the Army Officer Candidate School or Dirjianbang Secapa TNI AD. A Glimpse into Brigjen TNI Handoko Nurseta’s Background
Before taking on the role of Dirjianbang Secapa TNI AD, Brigjen TNI Handoko Nurseta served as the Deputy Inspector of Kostrad since 2022. Hailing from Bondowoso, Jawa Timur, he was born on July 15, 1968, making him 56 years old. Nurseta is a graduate of the Military Academy (Akmil) in 1990, with expertise in the field of Infantry.
A Career Marked by Excellence
Throughout his career, Brigjen TNI Handoko Nurseta has held various commanding positions, showcasing his leadership skills and dedication to the Indonesian Army. He began by leading the C Company of Yonif 143/Tri Wira Eka Jaya, then went on to command Yonif 100/Raider from 2007 to 2009. In 2010, he assumed the role of Commander of Kodim 0208/Asahan, followed by serving as the Chief of Staff of Korem 031/Wirabima until 2012. Due to his outstanding performance, Nurseta was appointed as the Chief of Staff of Korem 091/Aji Surya Natakesuma and a Specialist Officer of Group IV in the Leadership Field at Secapaad.
