Bali, February 19, 2025 – The green revolution is in full swing in Bali. After successfully introducing eco enzymes to various communities through the “PertaLife Insurance Cares for the Environment: Save Earth with Eco Enzyme” program in early 2024, PertaLife Insurance is taking it to the next level.
This time, Bali’s farmers are gearing up to change the way they farm by adopting environmentally friendly methods based on eco enzymes. These methods are designed to enhance soil fertility, reduce air pollutants, and yield higher-quality crops.
This initiative is part of PertaLife Insurance’s long-term commitment to supporting sustainable environmental programs. By implementing eco enzymes in agriculture, this program aims to reduce the use of harmful chemicals, maintain ecosystem balance, and educate farmers and the community about the importance of sustainable agriculture.
### Transforming Agriculture with Eco Enzymes
In collaboration with farmer groups, PertaLife Insurance will begin developing more than 4 hectares of rice fields as eco-agri land. As a first step, they will cultivate a 20-are (2,000 m²) plot in Tibubeneng, Badung, Bali, using eco enzymes without any chemical inputs.
The program is set to kick off on Wednesday, February 19, 2025, with the hope of providing economic benefits to farmers while preserving the environment.
PT Perta Life Insurance (PertaLife Insurance) successfully held an opening event and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) ceremony focusing on eco enzymes in Banjar Kulibul Kangin, North Kuta, Badung Regency, Bali on Wednesday, February 19, 2025.
