Inauguration and Cabinet Formation
President Prabowo Subianto and Vice President Gibran Rakabuming Raka were officially inaugurated for the 2024-2029 executive period in Jakarta on October 20 last year, succeeding the previous administration. The president unveiled the Red and White Cabinet, consisting of seven coordinating ministers and 41 ministers, to spearhead the government’s agenda for progress and prosperity. The cabinet members, along with leaders of five state institutions, were inaugurated the following day to commence their duties.
