**Pertamina Retail Engages Kutorenon Village Residents in Anti-Stunting and Emergency Response Program**
Lumajang – After successfully organizing the Healthy Village Festival in May 2023 in Sidoarjo, Pertamina Retail is once again implementing a similar program this year in 2024 called the Healthy Village Program in Kutorenon Village, Sukodono District, Lumajang Regency. This program is part of Pertamina Retail’s ongoing commitment to social and environmental responsibility, with a focus on improving public health.
### **Supporting Health and Well-being**
The Healthy Village Program aims to support the health and well-being of residents through various comprehensive health initiatives. The event was attended by PT Pertamina Retail’s Directors, Ms. Hari Susiati – Lumajang’s Assistant for Development and Economy, Ms. Rahayu Agustriono, Lumajang Regency’s Secretary and Acting Chairperson of the PKK Empowerment Team, Dr. Rina Dwi Astuti, Head of the Population Control, Family Planning, and Welfare Department, Lumajang Regency Health Office, Sukodono Sub-district Head Mr. Dian Nurwisudah, Kutorenon Village Head Mr. H. Faisal Rizal, as well as Posyandu cadres and residents of Kutorenon Village.

During his address, PT Pertamina Retail’s President Director, Mohammad Fitrawan Nur, emphasized that health is a fundamental right of every individual and a crucial foundation for sustainable community development. He expressed the hope that through this program, they could make a tangible contribution to building a healthier and more empowered community. Fitrawan highlighted that this program is part of PTPR’s commitment to supporting social and environmental development.
### **Community Appreciation**
Assistant for Development and Economy of Lumajang Regency, representing the Acting Regent, Ms. Hari Susiati, greatly appreciated Pertamina Retail’s initiative in launching the Healthy Village Program. She emphasized the importance of this program in improving the health quality of the residents in Lumajang Regency, particularly in Kutorenon Village. Susiati expressed hope that this program would bring significant benefits and positive contributions to the community, and similar programs could be continued in other villages.
### **Gratitude and Goals**
Aside from providing Stunting Education and Emergency Response Training, Pertamina Retail also distributed 50 Nutritious Healthy Food and Vitamin Packs, Blood Sugar & Cholesterol Check Devices, Digital Blood Pressure Monitors, 9 units of Children’s Toys to attract children to attend Posyandu, and 18 packages of Catfish Cultivation in Buckets to support food security empowerment programs. Village Head Faisal Rizal expressed gratitude for Pertamina Retail’s support and stated their target for 2025 is to make Kutorenon Village stunting-free.
By engaging with the residents of Kutorenon Village through the Healthy Village Program, Pertamina Retail is actively contributing to the improvement of public health and well-being in Lumajang Regency.
