In her role, she ensures the safety and sustainability of oil and gas operations by maintaining well integrity. “The spirit of Kartini is reflected in every step I take as a female engineer. Meanwhile, Andini Maheswari, serving as a Project Engineer at Elnusa, also contributes to the continuity of strategic energy projects. “Women are figures of civilization. Today’s Kartini never shy away from being strong individuals and leaders. As a Project Engineer, I strive to synergize and collaborate in executing projects that support national energy resilience,” she said.
From a safety perspective, Inri Devanny Pinatik, HSSE Officer at PT Elnusa Petrofin (EPN) in TLPG Amurang, one of Elnusa’s Subsidiaries in energy sales and distribution and logistics services, plays a role in maintaining safety standards in the field. “Today’s Kartini must believe that we can achieve our dreams by being a significant part of stable and sustainable energy availability,” expressed Inri.
