Hermawan Prajudi, Director of PT AJINOMOTO INDONESIA and Coordinator of Halal Internal Auditors for Ajinomoto Indonesia Group, emphasized that BPJPH’s visit was a significant opportunity to strengthen collaboration between BPJPH and Ajinomoto Indonesia in implementing the halal product assurance system.
“This support from BPJPH as a regulatory body certainly motivates us to enhance product quality and ensure its halal status from raw material preparation, production processes, distribution, to consumers’ hands. Therefore, all products are not only delicious and high-quality but also safe and trustworthy for consumption,” Hermawan expressed.

Ensuring Halal Product Assurance Implementation
Ahmad Haikal Hassan, the Head of BPJPH, explained that his visit aimed to ensure the effective implementation of the Halal Product Assurance System (SJPH) by the company. He emphasized that their visits to large industries were to ensure the proper functioning of the Halal Product Assurance System.
