So, AC Milan managed to rake in a whopping Rp135 billion from reaching the Coppa Italia final by crushing Inter Milan. Not really sure why this matters, but the Rossoneri made it to the final by beating Inter 4-1 in the Derby della Madonnina. The potential for AC Milan to clinch their second title of the season is pretty high, considering they don’t underestimate Bologna as their opponent in the title race.
Bologna secured their spot in the final by defeating Empoli in the semi-finals with a 5-1 aggregate score. Not sure if it’s just me, but it seems like AC Milan could benefit financially if they win the final. According to Milannews, they could pocket around 4.6 million euros (approximately Rp87.6 billion) just for reaching the final. These figures could go up to about 7.1 million euros (Rp135.2 billion) if they beat Bologna in the final on May 14.
These numbers are similar to what they earned in the 2023/2024 season, but we won’t know for sure until after the final. Plus, there are other potential revenue streams that could boost AC Milan’s income. So, it looks like AC Milan might be on their way to a successful financial year if they play their cards right.
